If you come here between 5-7pm they have fresh oyster/dollar. I feel it’s such a steal coming from LA, California. Salad was fresh too.
What a lovely restaurant! Stopped here on our way to the science museum and didn't regret it. The food was incredible-- you could really tell the head chef and kitchen staff are artists. Everything tasted as good as it looked (which was consistently beautiful). Drinks were good-- highly recommend the pesto arancini, they were mind blowing.
Great ambiance. Table attendant Katherine was very helpful and welcoming. Great spot to grab a quality breakfast/brunch. Flavors were amazing. Breakfast sandwich and oatmeal were our favorites.
I recently dined here while staying at Marlow Hotel. Visited couple of times for Breakfast and dineer. The ambiance is chic and modern, with a cozy. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff was good. Overall, Bambara experience was good.
Kimpton hotel restaurant with great atmosphere and high quality food. Got a takeout of their dry aged burger and fried calamari. The presentation of the dry aged burger was unassuming, yet it was very good. Although the ingredients were very basic, the veggies were fresh and the dry aged meat patty was on point. Fried calamari was also nicely seasoned with pepper and jalapeños. The portions were definitely small for the price as expected from a hotel restaurant. Nevertheless, I still really enjoyed everything I ordered.
Had an awesome anniversary dinner here when staying at the Kimpton and couldn’t find anywhere around town without a crazy wait (we forgot our anniversary was on a Saturday night, whoops). Ended up being one of the best dinners we had in Boston! Jessica is the best server we’ve ever had, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She gave a ton of great recommendations around the city and was super helpful. She made our whole night. Not sure if it’s full time or was just for restaurant week, but their house made strawberry frozen yogurt was crazy good. Thanks for a good time and a great meal!
The oysters looked very small but they tasted so good! I ordered one more dozen! Not in the picture but the beet salad was super fresh and tasty, the clam chowder was really good. The ribs were perfectly cooked and not too sweet!!! Our server, Athena, was very attentive and kind. And they have Austin Hope for red wine in their wine selection. That was impressive! Overall experience was very pleasant and the food was delicious.
JOE is THE MOST ATTENTIVE and absolutely sweetest server I ever came across. He recommended our whole meal and DID NOT MISS!!! Oysters =DAMN DELICIOUS CHOWDER= CRAZYYYYY Ribs= NEVER EAT ANY OTHER RIBS AGAIN
Beautiful inside. Attached to a hotel that’s attached to the mall. I have a dairy allergy so I asked for a recommendation on the menu. My waitress recommended the grilled swordfish because it’s so pretty as well as delicious. I am in love. It has squid ink couscous. But I promise it’s a 10/10 dish. Loved the oyster. First time trying it. Focaccia was good. I also asked for a recommendation on a mocktail. And was pleasantly surprised by another amazing recommendation.
Everything we had was excellent, from brunch (avocado toast, pesto grilled cheese with soup, smoothies, banana bread all very good) to dinner. The only note I have is that there is only one vegetarian main dish, so I wouldn‘t eat dinner there a second time since it would become boring quickly, but I believe they are working on adding more veggie options. I‘d definitely be looking forward to having brunch there again. The food was quite pricey, but the service was very nice.
